Responsibilities
Assist Field Manager with daily onsite project coordination.
Maintain project documentation, logs, and construction software.
Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and inspections.
Attend progress meetings and record minutes.
Support communication between contractors, field staff, and main office.
Assist with field inspections and quality control.
Help maintain organized and professional onsite office environment.
