Responsibilities

• Assist Field Manager with daily onsite project coordination.
• Maintain project documentation, logs, and construction software.
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and inspections.
• Attend progress meetings and record minutes.
• Support communication between contractors, field staff, and main office.
• Assist with field inspections and quality control.
• Help maintain organized and professional onsite office environment.
