Job summary

The Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company, seeks a Field Contractor Liaison to support the Georgia Housing Recovery & Rehousing Program (GA HRRP). This field-based role is essential to ensuring construction activities meet quality standards, safety regulations, and program requirements.

The Liaison will bridge project leadership and contractors, conducting regular site visits and reinforcing compliance with construction protocols and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of field-based construction oversight, contractor coordination, or quality control inspections.
• Familiarity with construction methods, site safety regulations (OSHA).
• Experience in disaster recovery, housing rehabilitation, or government-funded programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site point of contact between project leadership and contractors.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor work progress and perform quality control inspections.
• Ensure contractor compliance with protocols and safety guidelines (OSHA).
• Communicate construction procedures, site rules, and program policies to contractors.
• Document site observations, contractor performance, safety practices, and non-compliance issues.
• Assist with contractor onboarding and orientation related to field safety and compliance.
• Identify and elevate potential delays, safety violations, or quality concerns to project leadership.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, construction managers, and program teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Familiarity with construction methods, site safetyregulations (OSHA), and quality assurance best practices.
• Experience in disaster recovery, housingrehabilitation, or government-funded programs is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills forinterfacing with contractors, construction crews, and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation andorganizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)and comfort using field tracking or inspection software/tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationrequired; proof of insurance may be required.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
