Sanders Brothers Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a motivated Construction Field Associate to join our field operations team. This role is designed for individuals with, at minimum, an associate's degree or relevant military experience who are eager to build a long-term career in heavy civil construction. The Field Associate will begin with a 1-2-month shadowing period alongside Area Managers throughout our sitework and asphalt departments, gaining direct exposure to field operations, leadership practices, and jobsite coordination. Following this training period, the associate will be assigned to a specific department, based on company demands. They will work hands on in the field while rotating through various aspects of construction operations to develop technical skills, operational knowledge, and leadership capabilities. Growth opportunities will be based on performance, skills demonstrated, and company needs.
