Responsibilities

• Perform basic to moderately complex estimating tasks including quantity take-offs and cost research.
• Utilize Timberline to prepare OPCCs and support design-build projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors on pricing and bids.
• Assist in pre-bid walks, bid-day tabulations, and change management.
• Prepare documentation and support project scheduling and QA/QC processes.
