• Create spreadsheets in Excel to summarize construction materials.
• Review contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Complete takeoffs utilizing incomplete design documents.
• Coordinate with takeoff personnel to facilitate project comparisons.
• Maintain organized records and working drawings.
• Identify design oversights and communicate effectively.
