Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a BVG Estimator who will review plans and prepare bid information for commercial landscape and irrigation projects. You will gather take-off data, prepare routine and detailed estimates, and maintain supplier price information in a fast-paced indoor office environment.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience in landscaping estimating, HCSS, and strong communication skills, with bilingual Spanish a plus.

• Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Physical Demands/Requirements

• Constant operation of a computer and other office equipment, such as laptop, cell phone, and printers/copiers
• Position is sedentary; must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of time
• Ability to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur

Work Environment

• This role works in an indoor office work environment.

Compensation Pay Range

65,000-75,000
