Job summary

ITAC, a nationwide design-build firm with a Fall Protection Division, seeks a Construction Estimator in the United States. You will develop project pricing from bid plans and specifications, aligning estimates to engineering and design work to support sound decision-making throughout planning and execution.

This Construction Estimator will play a key role in developing project pricing and cost information that helps teams make sound decisions from early planning through final scope definition. This position is specific to our Fall Protection Division and is well suited to someone who brings a strong understanding of construction estimating, works carefully with technical information, and values clear communication with project stakeholders throughout the estimating process.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Experience in industrial and heavy-commercial environments.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an estimator or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with estimating software platforms, along with spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Knowledge of discipline-specific construction means and methods, with the ability to read and understand schematics and drawings.
• Experience maintaining accurate project or estimating records.
• Experience coordinating with engineers, project managers, field teams, or clients.

The typical base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000.
