Centro Escolar University is seeking a construction estimating assistant to support quantity take-offs, unit pricing, and cost comparisons for bids. You will compile materials, labor, and system costs, document assumptions, and maintain estimating databases.

Site visits and vendor research help ensure accurate bids. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to prepare expenditure statements, tender docs, and value-engineering input.

• Pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree in construction-focused field.
• Foundational understanding of construction processes and terminology.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and technical docs.
