You will train on excavators, dozers, skid steers, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment, emphasizing safety and manufacturer procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience on construction equipment.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with excavators, dozers, skid steers, wheel loaders.
• Proven ability to teach and mentor technicians.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on instruction on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Develop training materials and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Training Manager to align programs.
• Promote safety and proper procedures.
