Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking an Operator to join our Operations team in Red Oak, TX. This full-time position focuses on moving materials safely and supporting site operations with standard equipment.

Candidates must be able to work outdoors and lift heavy items as needed. Qualifications include 1 year of operator experience with certifications; OSHA 10 minimum (30 preferred); forklift and fall protection training; and experience with skid steer and water truck is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with operator certifications.
• OSHA 10 training at minimum; 30 preferred.
• Forklift and fall protection training.
• Experience operating skid steer and water truck is a huge plus.
• Able to lift and carry 50–100 lbs., stand or walk for long periods, read/write.

• Move materials in a safe and orderly way using equipment.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
