Turpin Construction is seeking an experienced equipment operator to join our team. The role involves driving a non-CDL company equipment truck based in Signal Hill, and operating skid steers, mini excavators, mid-size excavators, and front-end loaders. Responsibilities include breaking concrete, digging footings, loading dirt and debris, grading pads, and performing various other tasks. The position may involve different projects daily, providing variety and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate trucks and equipment
• Load and unload equipment
• Inspect trucks and equipment before and after use
• Properly grease and fuel all equipment
• Report maintenance or repair needs
• Follow safety policies and procedures
