Job description

Job Description Position Summary

We're looking for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our field crew. Most of our work is in the San Antonio–Austin corridor, where we're taking on more commercial site work: excavation, grading, and fill on projects alongside general contractors and other trades. We also run ranch and land clearing projects in more remote parts of the state, so some travel is part of the job. On ranch work, operators often work independently with limited supervision. On commercial sites, you'll work from plans, follow site safety requirements, and coordinate with other crews. We need someone who can do both well.
