All Star Rents, Inc. in Davis, CA is seeking a full-time hourly Equipment Associate. The role includes servicing a variety of equipment, loading/unloading for customers, and delivering equipment as needed. It emphasizes safety, teamwork, and maintaining a clean work space.

• Valid proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Be able to lift 50lbs unaided.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Computer literacy and basic software understanding.

Responsibilities

• Completing services on a variety of equipment.
• Loading and unloading equipment for customers and assisting with safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Delivering equipment as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Performing tasks delegated by supervisor to support operations.
• Represent All Star Rents professionally at all times.

All Star Rents is a family owned Equipment Rental business established in 1962 and is operated by the 3rd generation of family members today. Our 13 locations provide sales and rentals of quality construction equipment, tools, and vehicles.

This is a Full-time hourly position that will require Saturday shifts. All Shifts end before 5:30pm.

Job Duties

Bootcamp Training- Introductory 90 day training. We will train you on everything you need to know about safety and servicing our equipment and customers the All Star Rents way.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Valid CA driver’s license with satisfactory record
• Valid proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Be able to lift 50lbs unaided

• Computer Literacy- Typing and understanding computers/technology and basic software
• Some mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction equipment- Certifications a plus!
• Professional communication skills in English both written and verbal- Bilingual a plus!
• A serious attitude towards safety in the workplace.
