GFT is seeking Construction Engineering Inspectors (Levels II–IV) in Brownsville, TX to join our Construction Services team. You will perform advanced field inspections on TxDOT roadway and bridge projects, lead inspection staff, and coordinate with CEI and TxDOT management to drive project success.
Required are a high school diploma or GED, 4–10+ years of TxDOT inspection, OSHA certification, SiteManager proficiency, and strong communication.

The CEI Inspector II - IV serves as a senior-level field inspector for TxDOT construction projects. This role provides advanced inspection, documentation, and compliance oversight on complex roadway and bridge projects. The Inspector IV communicates effectively with the CEI Project Manager and TxDOT Project Manager, leads and manages inspection staff, and supports project execution through proactive coordination and meeting management.
What You Will Bring To Our Firm
The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $100,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
