Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to develop construction plans and schedules
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
• Prepare and review project budgets, estimates, and cost control reports
• Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Identify and resolve any construction‑related issues or delays
• Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure construction meets industry standards and client requirements
• Keep accurate records and documentation of project progress and expenses
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or questions
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve processes and techniques

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred but experience is great!
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in construction engineering or project management
