Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT) is seeking a Construction Engineer for the Orlando, Florida area. The successful candidate will perform construction engineering using knowledge of general engineering principles to interpret, organize, execute and coordinate assignments.

Responsibilities include field inspection oversight, data analysis from surveys and drawings, assisting in project management and contract administration, and preparation of engineering documents and QA reviews.

• Assist with field inspection and oversight of construction activities
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography and other topographical or geologic data to complete a task
• Perform data analysis and computations to provide alternate field solutions
• Assist in managing projects and administering contracts in accordance with client specifications and guidelines
• Assist with preparing and reviewing project proposals
• Assist in the preparation of engineering documentsand Quality Assurance reviews
• Perform other related duties as assigned

JMT's Construction Management Team is seeking a Construction Engineer for the Orlando, Florida Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for construction engineering using knowledge of general engineering principles and practices to interpret, organize, execute and coordinate assignments.

Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.
