Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring a Construction - Demo & Clean Technician to restore homes affected by water damage. You will perform hands-on restoration tasks, including removing damaged materials and deep cleaning to return spaces to their original condition.

This role requires physical work, comfort with cleaning chemicals, and reliability in a fast-paced environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with pay rate of $18/hour and benefits program

Qualifications

• Construction, general labor, or restoration experience is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals.
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, lift and scrub.
• Reliable, hardworking in a fast-paced environment.

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Construction - Demo & Clean Technician to help restore homes impacted by water damage. This position involves hands-on restoration work including removing damaged materials, deep cleaning, and helping return homes to their original condition.

Requirements

• Previous construction, general labor, or restoration experience is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and must not be sensitive to cleaning products.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and scrubbing.
• Must be reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
