Role Description

The Construction Data Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Gilbert, AZ. This role is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing construction and DAS project data, including budgets, timelines, materials, labor, and performance metrics. The Construction Data Analyst prepares reports and dashboards to support project managers, engineers, and leadership in monitoring progress, identifying risks, and improving processes. Daily tasks include building data models, validating data accuracy, supporting forecasting and resource planning, and collaborating with field and office teams to ensure data reflects actual project conditions. The individual in this role will also assist in developing standardized metrics and documentation that help drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
