Job summary

The Budd Group is hiring a Construction Cleanup Day Porter in Asheville, NC. This temporary-to-permanent role focuses on keeping newly built spaces clean, safe, and ready for occupancy during a standard Monday–Friday schedule.

Pay is $20.00 per hour, with benefits including healthcare options, 401(k) match, and career growth opportunities. Prior cleaning or site experience is a plus, and physical tasks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prior cleaning or construction site experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-construction cleaning: sweep debris, wipe surfaces, vacuum, and detail clean as needed.
• Maintain a safe, tidy site to be ready for occupancy throughout the workday.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure freshly built spaces meet quality standards.
