MasTec, Inc. is seeking a Construction Craft Apprentice - Traveling to join our field teams on domestic short project assignments. You will learn on the job under supervision, focusing on safety, basic construction math, hand tools, power tools, drawings, and basic rigging.
This role requires frequent travel and working away from home base throughout the apprenticeship. You'll start with core safety and site skills and advance toward concentrations in Industrial, Wind, and Solar construction.

NOTE: THIS ROLE REQUIRES FREQUENT TRAVEL (DOMESTIC) TO SHORT PROJECT ASSIGNMENTS
Learn on-the-job under the supervision of a journeyman. Apprentices will begin by learning the core construction skills that provide a foundation of safety and productivity across all industry sectors. These include but are not limited to: Construction Site Safety Orientation; Introduction to Construction Math, Hand Tools, Power Tools, Construction Drawings, Basic Rigging and Material Handling; Basic Communication and Employability Skills; Confined Space Awareness; Fall Protection; and First Aid/CPR/AED. Successful completion of core skills means a move to increased industry knowledge in one or more areas of concentration: Industrial, Wind and Solar Construction.
