The successful Construction Cost Estimator candidate will be critical team members of our proven government/commercial cost estimating and project controls team. Interested candidates should have a thorough understanding of construction means and methods and should be able to successfully develop construction cost estimates for horizontal and vertical construction in diverse locations. Duties include, but are not limited to, independent cost estimate preparation at all phases of design, cost estimate reviews/validations, value engineering cost support, facility programming cost support, cost analysis, economic analysis; life cycle costs and contingency/risk analysis. Direct experience in commercial and military construction with the Department of the Defenses Military Construction and Civil Works and the Department of Energy is desired. Cost Engineering certification and experience using MCACES (MII), PACES, Success, Primavera, Crystal Ball, and other cost engineering applications are a plus.
