KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS

• Assist the Lead Cost Estimator develop cost estimates
• Perform quantity takeoffs and market research
• Procure quotes from material suppliers and subs
• Participate in risk mitigation meetings
• Participate in innovation vetting and implementation
• Work Assist the Lead Cost Estimator in development and optimization of the construction schedule
• Participate in cost negotiations and alignment with the Contractor
• Participate in cost reconciliation meetings and follow up with estimate revisionsProvide constructability reviews
• Follow and help implement quality control plan
• Other duties as assigned
