Mortenson is seeking a Construction Coordinator I to support field teams on projects across the United States. You will collect punch lists, manage documentation, and assist with invoicing under supervision, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, effective communication, and the ability to travel up to 100%. You will work with diverse staff across levels and contribute to safety culture and project controls.
Mortenson is currently seeking a Construction Coordinator I with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Must be open to working on a rotational travel schedule, 3 weeks on 4/5 days off with projects located throughout the United states.
(for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)
(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
