PATRIOT FIRE PROTECTION INC is seeking a hands-on accounting leader in Tacoma, WA. You will own multi-division construction accounting, including job costing, WIP, budgets, and forecasts, partnering with project teams for profitable outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years in accounting (construction preferred), strong Excel skills, and knowledge of Viewpoint/Spectrum. CPA a plus; on-site position with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of 5 years accounting experience; construction industry preferred.
• Experience with financial statement prep, budgets, variance analysis.
• Proficient Excel; Power BI or similar data visualization helpful.
• CPA or CPA candidacy a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Multi-Division Accounting: manage accounting across divisions with timely reporting.
• Job Costing: handle payroll, labor burden, AP/AR, fixed assets, inventory.
• WIP & Revenue Recognition: coordinate cost-to-complete and WIP schedules.
