Job summary

Superior Cleaning Services USA LLC is seeking Construction Cleaning Technicians to perform cleaning during new construction projects, remodeling, and commercial facilities. You will prepare buildings for inspections and turnover to customers, with duties ranging from dust removal to final touch-ups.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team across Cedar Falls and surrounding Cedar Valley project sites.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Position Overview

This position involves preparing newly constructed or renovated buildings for inspections, occupancy, and final turnover to the customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rough, final, and touch-up cleaning on new construction and renovation projects.

• Clean floors, walls, baseboards, doors, frames, windows, and interior glass.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and detail-clean various surfaces.

• Operate commercial cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely.
• Follow site-specific safety procedures and company cleaning standards.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry at least 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to work on concrete floors and in construction environments.
• Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to use cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies safely.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
