Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety across active construction zones. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain construction site facilities, including trailers, restrooms, and common areas.
• Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to surfaces and fixtures.
• Notify supervisor of needed repairs or safety concerns.
• Maintain effective communication with site personnel, supervisors, and team members.
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the company and regulatory authorities.
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, walls, ceilings, and equipment.
• Move boxes, crates, and equipment to access cleaning areas manually or with hand trucks.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate tools and solutions.
• Wash and replace blinds as needed.
• Gather and dispose of construction debris and trash.
• Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping walkways, raking leaves, cutting grass, or removing snow.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and food service areas.
