Job summary

Zurich North America seeks an experienced Litigation Claims Specialist to join its Commercial General Liability team in a hybrid role across multiple US locations. You will manage complex construction-related claims, following best practices to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Ideal candidates hold a degree or equivalent, an active adjuster license, and at least 3 years of Claims experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Claims/Insurance with 3+ years of experience.
• Active adjuster license(s) required and knowledge of regulations.
• Experience with discussing indemnity and reserve exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-party Commercial General Liability claims with moderate to high exposure.
• Follow established practices to ensure efficient handling and high-quality customer experience.
