Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any field.
• At least five years of professional services and construction contract management experience.
• Knowledge of MA contract law and M.G.L. chapters 149 and 30.
• Valid Massachusetts driver license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement MWRA's construction contract claim process.
• Review contractor claims and prepare supporting materials.
• Provide claims mitigation advice to staff.
• Analyze changes in scope, schedule, cost, and contract compliance.
• Manage Claims Review Group activities for disposition of claims.
• Participate in negotiations to settle claims with contractors.
