Job Description

An outstanding, full‑time opening is available for a Construction Chief Estimator to join a highly stable company that has experience estimating excavating, civil work or similar construction work. • Develop and manage all responsibilities and processes of the estimating department.
• Construct, verify and submit all RFI and RFP Requests.
• Review and sign‑off on all bids over the specified threshold prior to submission.
• Establish the cost baseline, job allocation terms, and job reports based on budget vs. actual.
• Train PMs and Sales Personnel in the area of overlap with the estimating department.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing & training Estimators
• Experience estimating excavation, dirt work, environmental, utilities, transmission, power distribution, pipeline or civil work
• Experience writing estimating standards and processes or the capability to do so.
