Canfield Buildings in Waukesha, WI is hiring a full-time Construction Carpenter to join our high-performing team and help cut and assemble materials for new builds.

The position offers $28-$30/hour with benefits including IRA match, holidays, vacations, Merit incentive, and Safety incentive. We provide ongoing training opportunities and regular team events. Work hours are 7 AM to 4 PM at various job sites, with a strong emphasis on quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction carpentry.
• Basic skills when using hand tools.
• Basic math skills.
• Understanding of building drawings.

Responsibilities

• Cut and assemble carpentry materials for each job.
• Operate equipment such as skid-steer loaders, all-terrain forklifts, and scissors lifts.
• Use electric tools and air tools on job sites.
