The ideal candidate will have a JD from an ABA accredited law school and be admitted to practice in NY and/or NJ. Overview

McElroy Deutsch is seeking attorneys with experience handling construction and construction-related matters for the Firm’s Morristown, NJ office. Bar admission in NY and/or NJ is required.

The attorney would be part of the Firm’s nationally recognized Construction and Surety Group, which has a diverse practice in contract claims, transactions, arbitration, and litigation in state and federal jurisdictions. Salary range for this position: $130,000 - $185,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
