Job summary

Thrasher Group in Denver is seeking motivated team members for our Foundation Repair crew. Starting pay is $22–$26/hour, with bonus potential, based on experience.

You will be trained on every tool, safety standard, and process from day one, with a path from Installer to Lead Installer and beyond as you master the trades. Qualifications

• No construction experience required; company provides training from day one.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Desire to master the trade and build skills rather than clock hours.

Responsibilities

• Learn as an Installer and complete training on tools and safety.
• Progress from Installer to Lead Installer to Team Lead based on skill.
• Contribute to team bonus through crew performance.
