Qualifications

• Eligibility for apprenticeship program (requirements communicated via hiring process).
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lift, bend, walk on uneven terrain).
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, grading, and site cleanup.
• Assist with installation of utilities (water, sewer, storm drainage, etc.).
• Support equipment operators and follow directions from supervisors.
• Safely use hand tools and small equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and comply with OSHA guidelines.
• Load and unload materials as required.
• Other duties as assigned to support project needs.
