Job summary

Statewide Window and Doors is expanding across Florida and seeking motivated individuals for our Construction Sales Trainee program. No experience required—we provide complete training and ongoing support.

This is not a traditional sales job, as you will focus on setting appointments. You'll visit residential neighborhoods, educate homeowners on products and financing, and schedule free in-home consultations for our design and sales team.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation (car or truck required).
• No experience necessary - we'll train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential neighborhoods and identify homes that may benefit from new windows, doors, roofing, or bathroom remodeling.
• Speak with homeowners and educate them on available products, services, and financing options.
• Schedule FREE in-home consultations for our design and sales team.
• Represent the company professionally in the community.
• No closing or selling required. Your primary responsibility is setting appointments.
