Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction seeks a Construction Application Analyst to optimize enterprise technology, focusing on Procore and its integrations. You will monitor systems, partner with leaders outside IT, and build solutions using APIs, iPaaS, and Power BI to keep project teams efficient.

Ideal candidates have AI familiarity, 2–4 years in business analysis and system support, and strong communication across departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business and computers or related field.
  • 2–4 years of non-supervisory technical experience in business analysis, system implementation and support.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement projects with cloud-based applications.
  • Ability to solve complex technical issues via root cause analysis.
  • Experience communicating with non-IT departments (Safety, Legal, Accounting).

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical aspects of Enterprise construction applications such as Procore and integrations.
  • Provide system monitoring and end-user support to ensure operations systems function effectively.
  • Coordinate and help gather business requirements to build Power BI dashboards.
  • Develop training and documentation materials for users and teams.
  • Partner with Technology teams to deliver solutions and integrations with ERP and other enterprise apps.

You will take ownership of system performance, partner closely with business leaders outside of IT, and leverage tools like APIs, iPaaS, and Power BI to build solutions that keep our project teams running efficiently.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Lead technical aspects of Enterprise construction applications such as Procore and it’s integrations with other applications
  • Provide system monitoring and end-user support to ensure Operations systems are functioning effectively. Prioritize and resolve system issues. Identify and prioritize future enhancements requests
  • Monitor, fix bugs and lead continuous improvement and feature request projects with application integrations
  • Assist with the creation of training and documentation materials
  • Partner with other Technology teams in the identification, development and delivery of solutions and products supporting Construction Operations and integration with other enterprise applications
  • Research systems advancements in construction, prepare proposals and drive subsequent development and implementationswith the use of iPaaS, RaaS, APIs, Postman
  • Coordinate and help gather business requirements to build power BI dashboards
  • Use an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving with a sense of urgency, while ensuring a disciplined / structured approach
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus on business and computers
  • Some AI experience and fluency is required
  • 2-4 years of non-supervisory technical experience in business analysis, system implementation and support role
  • Experience identifying and leading continuous improvement projects with cloud based applications and experience working with developers to deliver
  • Ability to solve complex technical issues through root cause analysis
  • Cloud system’s implementation and support experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build/foster relationships with other departments outside of IT (i.e. Safety, Legal, and Accounting)
  • The ability to anticipate needs at a high level and organize and plan accordingly
  • Experience gathering business requirements and developing a plan for delivery
  • Be a visionary to take ARCO to the next level by being a self starter and identify where we could improve, make processes more efficient through technology
  • Familiarity with Accounting practices for the construction industry is also a plus
