Remington College is seeking an exceptional Construction and Building Maintenance Instructor

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic construction and building maintenance professional ready to make a difference by educating students who are eager to train in construction and building maintenance? We’re seeking a construction and building maintenance professional to join the academic team on a part-time basis.

Instruct and evaluate students in your area of specialty.

• Keep up to date with and effectively use technology and media in the classroom.
• Track student attendance and post assignment feedback in a timely manner.
• Attend faculty/staff and in-service meetings.
• Implement and adhere to all school policies.
• Perform other duties/participate in special projects as assigned.

Education/Experience Needed:

• High school diploma or GED required. An associate degree or higher in construction and building maintenance, HVAC, business, the physical sciences, or a related field desired.
• Experienced in electrical repairs, HVAC maintenance, small appliance maintenance, drywall and carpentry repairs, and plumbing maintenance.
• At least three (3) years of experience in construction and building maintenance.
