Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Operations Engineer (Construction) to design, build, and activate advanced manufacturing facilities for rocket components. You will develop visual standards, dashboards, and processes, while enabling cross-functional collaboration across sites.

Responsibilities include analytics, reporting, and automation to improve operations. Candidates should have a technical engineering background and experience with SQL, Excel, and Python in a manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
2+ years in operations/process improvement (internship experience qualifies).
Experience with Excel, SQL, or Python.

Responsibilities

Develop internal visual standards for dashboards and workflows.
Support process improvements and standardization initiatives.
Analyze current workflows and identify systematic gaps using data methods.
Define and develop department-level metrics and dashboards for health indicators.
Create reports and tools for operational measurements and improvements.
Develop automation to reduce risk and improve factory efficiency.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams across company sites.
