Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction phase services is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes, and trends.
• Experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with Architects, Interior Designers, and Urban Planners during projects.
• Administer multiple Owner-Contractor Agreements concurrently.
• Coordinate Construction Documents across all disciplines.
