Qualifications
5+ years of experience in construction phase services is preferred.
Thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes, and trends.
Experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
Work with Architects, Interior Designers, and Urban Planners during projects.
Administer multiple Owner-Contractor Agreements concurrently.
Coordinate Construction Documents across all disciplines.
