Responsibilities

• Work with engineers to ensure logs are updated correctly.
• Manage and organize mailing and filing systems.
• Maintain the cost system and provide required reports.
• Respond promptly to employee requests for assistance.
• Properly route agreements, contracts, and invoices for signature.
• Assist in HR, Accounting & Payroll activities as needed.
• Organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
• Plan and organize own work assignments as directed.
