Job summary

H&K Group, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Construction Admin to support the P3 I-78 Lenhartsville Project.

This role covers all administrative duties, working closely with lead project managers, estimators and supervisors to keep the project running smoothly and on time. Key tasks include collecting and filing material tickets, submitting certifications, reviewing daily reports, and maintaining project records.

Qualifications

• Assist project team with submittal preparation and submission.
• Prepare and maintain On-The-Job Trainee documentation.
• Assist project team with reviewing and approving invoices.
• Track certified payroll submissions and notify parties of delinquency.
• Prepare and submit miscellaneous project correspondence.

Responsibilities

The H&K Group is looking for the ideal Construction Admin to support the P3 I-78 Lenhartsville Project. This position will entail all aspects of administrative work throughout the entirety of the project. The construction admin will work closely with lead project managers, estimators, and supervisors to keep the project running smoothly, effectively, and on time.
