Lloyd Companies is seeking an Construction Division Accounting Assistant to perform routine accounting and clerical duties. You will verify numbers, maintain records, and file documents in the construction finance department, using accounting software to encode information and prepare routine reports.

The role requires basic math, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and work with diverse teams.

Formación

• Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and principles.
• Knowledge of basic math.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain files and records.
• Process payables and mailing of payments.
• Data entry for different forms including excise exemption certificates.
• Pull and copy items for billings.
• Verify amounts and codes on various forms for accuracy.
• Processing reports
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Scan construction documents and email or save to various electronic folders.
• Research and special projects as assigned.
