Qualifications

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
• Must have knowledge of accounting principles/functions.

Responsibilities

• Support Project/Corporate Accountants with duties as requested; ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Execute transactional related tasks within monthly accounting cycle— invoice entry, monthly billings, craft payroll review, inclusion tracking and subcontractor compliance.
• Track and distribute credit card statements.
• Prepare owner billing and compile supporting documents.
• Prevailing wage review and tracking
• Monitor subcontractor compliance and correspond with subcontractors as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
