Responsibilities

• Review, process, and prepare vendor and credit card invoices for payment.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with account reconciliations.
• Research invoice discrepancies and payment questions.
• Prepare certified payroll reporting through WA L&I and LCPtracker.
• Maintain prevailing wage rates and related payroll information.
• Support payroll, accounts payable, and project accounting daily needs.
