The role emphasizes safety, quality, and client satisfaction, with significant travel and a dynamic project environment. Ideal leaders have 5+ years in construction or scaffolding, hold a valid driver’s license, and are prepared for extensive travel (50%-90%).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience (construction/scaffolding preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.
• Ability to travel extensively (50%-90% of the time).
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Ability to work outdoors for long hours and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Computer and internet fluency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred).
