Job summary

Osage Nation is seeking a Constituent Services Coordinator in Pawhuska, OK. Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business/management or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years executive/managerial/office experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Knowledge of Osage language and culture required.
  • Maintains professional appearance and integrity.
  • Strong problem solving and planning skills.
  • Familiar with grant writing and grant regulations.
  • Familiar with project management and budget development.
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and training.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office tech.
  • Able to pass background, drug, and driver checks.

Responsibilities

  • Support Office of the Chiefs and Osage Nation constituents with direct services.
  • Process constituent concerns, burial assistance, donations, and health benefits requests.
  • Provide referrals and general assistance to Nation programs.
  • Ensure efficient, accurate execution of requests.
  • Communicate professionally and present to groups when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all tasks.

Job DetailsJob Location: Pawhuska - Pawhuska, OK 74056Position Type: Regular Full-Time

The Constituent Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the Office of the Chiefs and to the Osage Nation constituents and who request assistance in regards to available direct services, i.e.; Constituent Concerns and Complaints, Burial Assistance, Donation Requests, Health Benefits, Regional Gathering Fund and general requests/referrals for the Osage Nation. Execute requests efficiently and effectively. Must have a genuine concern for constituent requests and be dedicated to fulfill their needs.

Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree in Business, Management or related field preferred
  • At least 1 to 2 years of executive, managerial, office environment experience preferred
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to lift, push, kneel, bend, reach overhead, and pull/carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Requires knowledge of Osage language and culture
  • Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance that positively represents the Nation
  • Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics
  • Requires a high level of problem solving skills
  • Requires familiarity with grant writing, administration, and compliance with grant regulations Requires familiarity with the concepts of project management
  • Requires familiarity with the concepts of budget development and compliance with Osage Nation budgets
  • Requires familiarity with planning concepts and processes including but not limited to program planning
  • Requires willingness and ability to learn new skills, including travel to conferences and training sessions
  • Must be able to communicate professionally and occasionally speak before groups
  • Must have experience in fiscal management
  • Must maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Must obtain/develop knowledge in Nation’s HRIS system
  • Must obtain/develop knowledge in Nation’s grant management system
  • Requires ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Requires good interpersonal communication and team work skills
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be bondable
  • Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing
  • Must have a valid driver’s license – may be required to drive GSA or Nation vehicles
