Job summary

Consolidated Architects LLP, located in Los Angeles, seeks a committed Architectural Associate to join a small, supportive team focusing on high-end residential and related projects.

You will assist in drafting, collaborate to develop construction docs, and help maintain BIM/CAD standards, with gradual increase in responsibilities as you grow.

Qualifications

• A recent degree in architecture from an accredited college.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an architecture office, excluding internships.
• Proficiency in Revit, Enscape and AutoCAD. This is a must
• Knowledgeable in creating and managing construction documents.
• A good understanding of project processes related to workflow, consultant coordination and construction detailing.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in your position at cA.
• Based in the Los Angeles area and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Willingness to attend jobsite meetings.

Where You’ll Work

Our office is located just East of La Brea Avenue, in the Miracle Mile section of Wilshire Blvd, close to the D-line subway station at Wilshire/La Brea.
