Job summary

Eco Chic Consignments is seeking a full-time Sales Associate in Scottsdale, AZ. You will greet customers, help them build outfits from pre-owned menswear, and ensure a high-end shopping experience on the sales floor.

You will handle POS transactions, consignor payouts, price-tagging, and keep the floor visually on-brand through effective merchandising and stock rotation. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred; menswear, fashion retail, or luxury/consignment exposure is a plus.
• Basic math and cash-handling proficiency; comfort learning POS and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage every customer with warm, knowledgeable service; help customers find items and build outfits.
• Maintain knowledge of current menswear trends, fit, sizing, and designer/luxury brands in-store.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately through the POS system; handle cash, credit, and consignor payouts per procedure.
• Receive, inspect, price-tag, and steam/prep incoming consigned merchandise per brand standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and floor presentation per brand guidelines.
• Perform stock rotation and 30-day markdowns to keep the floor fresh and on-brand.
• Assist consignor check-in and answer inquiries; refer complex questions to Store Manager.
