Job summary

California Conservation Corps is launching the Greenwood Residential Center in Los Angeles County. The CMD Lead will direct resident staff, ensure 24/7 operations, and guide Corpsmembers through education partnerships and COMET curriculum.

In this role, you will oversee corrective actions, development plans, and high-level projects during emergencies. You will manage Corpsmember education, career development, wellness, and training, building partnerships with schools and agencies while

Qualifications

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of Corpsmember education, career development, wellness, and training programs.
• Build partnerships with schools, community organizations, training providers, and other agencies.
• Oversee training programs such as COMET, Blue Card Driver, CDL, and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Education & Training: plan, coordinate, and deliver education and training for Corpsmembers; manage resources and logistics.
• Community Liaison: lead volunteer, mentoring, scholarship, and community engagement programs; coordinate events.
• Reporting & Program Accountability: track participation, performance, and outcomes; maintain records and data.
• Program Support & Emergency Response: support grants, policy implementation, and emergency deployments as needed.
• AOD Program: coordinate prevention, education, and compliance programs; ensure services.
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: participate in initiatives across CCC programs.
