Qualifications

• Experience managing 2-4 crews with 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M projects.
• Demonstrated success supervising supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees.
• Experience leading large construction and data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage Connectivity projects while enhancing effectiveness.
• Supervise Connectivity projects with significant gross margins.
• Help recruit, train, and develop foremen, journeymen, and apprentices.
