Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking a hands-on Cybersecurity Monitoring Analyst to perform daily PSOC alert triage and incident coordination across connected vehicle and cloud environments. You will collaborate with global PSOC teams, support investigations using logs and telemetry, and help drive improvements to detection logic and response playbooks.

A Bachelor's in CS/Cybersecurity and 3–5 years in security are expected, with a focus on API security and cloud operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Cyber Security, API, Information Security.
• 2+ years in cybersecurity, security operations, or a related field.
• Understanding of incident response lifecycles, escalation, and incident management.
• Experience with API security and cloud security operations on major cloud platforms.
• Embedded vehicle cybersecurity exposure or eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced 24x7 operations environment and document incidents clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operational Monitoring and Incident Response: Triage alerts and support coordination, containment, remediation, recovery, and closure.
• Cloud & Embedded Investigation: Investigate security events across cloud apps and embedded vehicle architectures using logs and telemetry.
• Global PSOC Collaboration: Work with PSOC teams across regions to deliver consistent monitoring and incident-response services; ensure effective handoffs.
• Continuous Improvement: Surface friction points and help improve detection logic, tooling, and response workflows.
